How much is too much?
How much you take depends a bit on what your order, but in all cases, it’s important to remember that you’ll want to move forward slowly. You can gradually increase the dose over time. The benefits of CBD can be extensive, but they begin very slowly because everyone is different. In fact, you may even have some trouble noticing those benefits at first.
